City/Township Boundaries
- Dunewood Property Owners Association spans city/township lines. See the Lot Map on the Official DPOA Documents page to see if your property falls within the City of Bridgman or Lake Charter Township. Where you pay your water and real estate tax bills plus when your trash & recycling are collected are among some of the important entities determined by this demarcation.

Easement & Guest Parking

Road Emergencies
- To report dangerous potholes, needed drain repairs, downed trees blocking roads, & road snow plowing issues, Contact: Roads Chair, Nate Reynolds (618-671-3441).
Pets
- Rules & regs, lost & found, & warnings about menacing animals, Contact: Canine Chair, Kyra Walsh (202-288-7566).
Social Life

CITY/TOWNSHIP SERVICES -
**For the following services, it is very important to know if you live in the City of Bridgman or Lake Charter Township. Refer to our Lot Map in our Official DPOA Documents page**
Real Estate Taxes
- Real estate taxes are paid to either the City of Bridgman or Lake Charter Township and can be paid online through our Services page.
Water/Utilities
- You'll find links to all city/township utility services and handy online bill payment options on our Services page.
Garbage/Recycling
- For schedules, securing new refuse containers & environmental questions, Contact: Beautification/Sanitation Chair, Dave Kupperman at dpkupperman@comcast.net. There is a large item/furniture drop off place nearby, contact Dave for info. It's often better to contact Dave than Republic Services directly when it comes to Dunewood as the information gleaned online is a bit confusing as to our pick-up schedules. Again, depending on where you live in Dunewood, you will go by the schedules on either Republic Services or Lake Township.
