The Dunewood community is located on Lake Michigan along I-94 (Exit 16) in the city of Bridgman, Lake Charter Township, Berrien County, Michigan. We're approximately 16 miles from both New Buffalo to the South & St. Joseph to the North, and 90 miles from Chicago. We are in the Eastern Time Zone.

Beach Access
Dunewood is a Property Owners Association with private access to Lake Michigan for the exclusive use of Dunewood owners & their guests. When parked near our beach easements, cars of owners and their guests are identified with dated, color-coded Dunewood tags and/or stickers. Any car not displaying such a tag or sticker shall be towed at the owner's expense.
